Has this happened to anyone else?

Having already had my KYC approved and validated around 150 people, I went to do some validations as I had some spare time, and now my Pi browser KYC is showing this.

On the pi app, my KYC is approved and the entire mainnet checklist completed. Is this a glitch or does pi now think that I’m just an AI bot without a face? Or a security risk?

This bloody app and KYC bollocks is the glitchiest thing I’ve had to endure in this whole process.
